Fundraising And Accounts

 Team/Club Fundraising

                                                                           

Online Donations

Anyone at any time can make a donation directly to a team or club by specifying them in the purpose field on the general donation form here:

Teams can also hold a fundraising event using a team specific donation or event form. You can find this under the Forms tab to download or print .  Fundraising request must be submitted minimum of 5-7 business days from event start date.​ You may be asked to provide more information to ensure we can support your request. Response can take up to 2 days.  Completed forms can be emailed to Marinerboosters@gmail.com.

 

Please note: Parents/Coaches must lead MMBC fundraising events!! Student led fundraising events must be run through ASB.

Check Donations

Checks can be left in the MMBC mailbox in the main office or mailed to:

Mariner High School

c/o MMBC

200 120th Street SW Everett, WA 98204​

Checks should be made out to MMBC.  Include team name (e.g. Baseball, Girls Soccer, etc.) in memo field of the check. NO CASH accepted!

 

 

Using Team/Club Account Funds

Each team and club has their own fund account within the MMBC accounting platform, maintained by the Treasurer.

Head Coaches are responsible for budgeting and approving the use of MMBC team/club funds.

For WIAA teams, work with the Athletic Director first to determine what should be paid for through the school,

then supplemented with Booster funds. MMBC funds can be used for the following expense categories:

Banquets/Celebrations

Camps/Conditioning/Specialty Training

Coach Training/Certification

Consumables/Snacks/Team Meals

Equipment

Tournament/League/Field Fees

Transportation/Travel

Uniforms/Clothing

Subscriptions (such as Veo and Hudl)

 Please note: Items of a safety nature MUST BE provided by the MUKILTEO School District.

Funds can be used by submitting a Pre-purchase Authorization request form.

And if necessary, the MMBC President and or Treasurer can assist with the purchase.

To initiate a reimbursement, please complete and submit a Check / Payment request form.

All forms can be found under the Forms tab on the website.

1. Download and save a copy of the form.

2. Rename form to include the team or club name.

3. Fill out the form completely.

4. Email completed form along with receipts and or invoices to marinerboosters@gmail.com & mbtreasurer@yahoo.com.

( Be sure to send a copy to the team head coach if not requested by the head coach.)

The Mariner Marauders Booster Club or MMBC is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 91-1716412. Donations are tax deductible and eligible for Matching Funds. Specify the purpose of your matching funds with your employer if possible or email the MMBC at Marinerboosters@gmail.com to indicate you have requested a match and what it is intended for.
